Hunter joined Allard Ward Architects in May of 2017, upon his graduation from Western Kentucky University. Hunter received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Science, while graduating Magna Cum Laude.

He began his architectural career while still pursuing his undergraduate studies in the summer of 2015, interning with a commercial firm in Owensboro, Kentucky. Beginning his junior year of undergraduate studies, he was offered a position as a Student Designer, (later Student Manager) with AMSi, a full service, university-based design firm headed by architect, Neal Downing. During the course of those 2 years, Hunter worked on a variety of projects ranging from custom residential to small-scale commercial and hospitality projects.

In the office, Hunter manages multiple projects at a time and aids in the production of 3D models and renders, when applicable. He contributes over 5 years of professional experience to the firm.

Apart from work, Hunter spends the majority of his free time playing guitar and writing music, catching shows around town, and occasionally staking out a ride on his road bike.
